Maybe you’re tired of LBTs. Maybe even PB&Js don’t do it for you anymore. How about trying a more gourmet sandwich version? Choose a fresh, crunchy and fluffy bread to slice into. Then add toppings like prosciutto, pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, valerian leaves and radish sprouts, for a rich and incredibly textured result!

  • 1 bread roll (optional: with sesame and poppy seeds)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon pesto
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 handful valerian leaves
  • 4 olives, pitted
  • 2 prosciutto slices
  • 1/2 pickled red bell pepper, stripes
  • Radish sprouts
  • Slice the bread roll lengthwise.
  • Spread cream cheese on it.
  • Add 1/2 tablespoon of pesto sauce, then the sun-dried tomatoes, valerian leaves, olives, the prosciutto slices, and pickled bell pepper.
  • Add the radish sprouts and the remaining pesto, then top the sandwich with the remaining bread bun slice.
