Road trip time! Do you know what you need when driving for many hours to your fabulous destination? A healthy and satisfactory lunch! Make this prosciutto, salami, and pasta salad to go, divide it into two jars, and enjoy it at a rest stop near a lake or a forest.



Ingredients
  • 3 ounces (85 grams) cooked pasta
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halves
  • 1 handful arugula
  • 20 salami slices
  • 3.5 ounces (100 grams) camembert cheese, cubes
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 2/3 cup (170 grams) tomato sauce
  • 1-ounce (30 grams) parmesan
Preparation
  • Take 2 glass jars (12 ounces/370 grams) and divide the cooked pasta between them.
  • Continue by adding the cherry tomatoes, arugula, salami slices, camembert, prosciutto, and tomato sauce in both jars.
  • Grate the parmesan on top of each salad.
  • Cover the jars.
