Greens are one of the healthiest foods around and it's highly recommended to eat them as often as possible. So, try this spinach smoothie, with extra amounts of pineapple, kiwi, and apple, is as tasty as they come. Adding a touch of ginger will give it a spicy kick and extra exotic flavor!

  • 2 ounces (55 grams) baby spinach
  • 5 ounces (140 grams) pineapple, diced
  • 1 kiwi, thinly sliced
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/3 ounce (10 grams) ginger, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup (65 ml) water
  • Place the baby spinach in a blender.
  • Add the pineapple, kiwi, apple, and ginger.
  • Squeeze the juice out of half a lime, add honey, and water.
  • Blend everything until smooth, and serve it in a lemonade glass!
